We ONLY accept returns, we do NOT process exchanges. We do not do EXCHANGE If you would like to exchange your item, refund it and then re-order a new one.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You have 30 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return your purchase from FREAK & FLEEK.
Your package must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS, FedEx or USPS.
It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to FREAK & FLEEK with tracking confirmation for your return postage.
To complete your return, email us at email@example.com and request to return the items. All items must be mailed to our returns warehouse.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- If your item is returned and the product is broken, damaged, ripped, torn, cut or if any missing items then a refund will be granted for those items that are in original condition.
- If you only return part of your items that you ordered then refund will be granted based on what you returned.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, ripped, cut or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We will always email you prior to granting a refund in these situations.
Any clothing item must be original and not worn, damaged, torn or ripped otherwise refund will not be granted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been altered
- The item(s) are in any way defective, ripped, cut or torn from the original and saleable condition
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) were a Final Sale item
- Email us firstname.lastname@example.org FIRST before returning packages
- Please write in detail which items you want to exchange with the reason for the return and images of the item(s) you want to return and your order#.
- Pack the items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange or refund without it.
- Contact us for a return mailing address.
- Your order will be refunded once tracking states DELIVERED.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We typically process all refund requests within 48 hours upon receiving your package. Refunds are not issued for broken, items missing, worn, torn, cut, washed or altered items or for items that are marked Final Sale.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error.
You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase. We would love to give more time to cancel your order, but when the order is fulfilled by the shipping company, there's no way for us to cancel the order and take it back.
While we are not responsible for any lost packages, we want to ensure you do receive the products you ordered. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at email@example.com. From there we will work with the shipping carrier to determine whether the package is lost in transit or still en route.
Shipping carriers typically request up to 21 days to find lost packages after the last update on the tracking was made. We ask our customers to wait 10 days after filing a claim to see if the package can be found by the shipper before we issue a code for reorder. We will also require a signed statement that you, the customer, did not receive the package.
Shipping Address Problems
We only follow the shipping information based on what you have entered on the checkout page upon placing your order. We are not liable for lost, held, misdelivery errors, due to incorrect shipping addresses. Hence, order confirmations are immediately sent to our customer's email addresses to confirm the purchase that will also give them time to review its full details.
If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded for the product(s), not for shipping.
Additional International Fees
The customer is responsible for any other shipping charges, duties and taxes not otherwise collected by FREAK & FLEEK. Consult your country’s tax and duties requirements before purchase. Customers are responsible for paying International Customs Charge, when applicable, which is not included with purchase.
Packages returned will be processed according to the order it was received. Processing may take 2-3 weeks to complete. Lost packages will receive a code with free shipping once a file is claimed to reorder your items.
Defective / Incorrect Items
Defective or incorrect items must be reported to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24-48 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. Please include a photo of the damaged item along with your order # in the email. If not reported within the time frame, you may not receive replacement or refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. We do not supply a return shipping package. If you paid any shipping costs when you purchased from us this cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost you may have paid to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
